The Rhône Valley is the second largest wine-producing region in France and is the result of an enormous geological clash between the Massif Central and the Alps. Millions of years later and the valley’s soils consist of granite, sandy silica, limestone and clay, which mix together to create the unique water filtration system for vines that defines the array of aromas and flavours of the wines from the region.

Rhône is best known for its earthy, full-bodied wines which are produced mainly from Grenache, Syrah and Mourvèdre.
