Napa Valley

Despite its size, Napa Valley is a major player in the wine world contributing $50bn to the US economy and accounting for 27% of California’s total wine industry economy.

Its dry, Mediterranean climate means Napa Valley vintners are able to produce consistent quality wines from a wide-ranging selection of grapes, although the region is probably best known for its Cabernet Sauvignon.
